Who we are
KSD Digital is a marketing and revenue systems studio based in Nigeria. For this website, KSD Digital is the data controller under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. Our data protection contact is kosy@ksddigital.site.
What we collect
When you submit a form, we receive what you type: your name, WhatsApp number, company name, monthly revenue range and the bottleneck you select. If you email us, we receive your email and anything you include in it. If you book a call, Cal.com processes the booking details you provide.
We also receive technical data such as your IP address, browser, device, pages visited, referral source and approximate location. We do not ask for sensitive personal data through this site.
Why we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, qualify your business, send your roadmap, prepare and run a working session, deliver services if we agree to work together, improve the site, measure our campaigns and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell or rent your information.
Lawful basis
We rely on your consent for analytics and marketing cookies and for marketing messages. We rely on legitimate interest to respond to enquiries and improve the site. We rely on contract to deliver services you ask for, and on legal obligation for tax and accounting records. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest at any time.
Cookies and tracking
Essential storage is needed for the site and its security to work. Analytics and marketing tools load only after you accept them. If you choose essential only, the analytics and marketing scripts are not loaded and those cookies are not set.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4 helps us understand traffic and page performance. Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how pages are used, with form inputs masked in session recordings. These load only if you accept analytics.
Marketing: Meta Pixel helps us measure advertising. It loads only if you accept marketing.
Typical cookies include _ga and _ga_* (up to 2 years),_gid (24 hours), _clck (up to 1 year),_clsk (1 day), _fbp and _fbc (up to 90 days). Provider retention also applies: GA4 up to 14 months, Clarity recordings for 30 days and click or heatmap data for up to 9 months, and Meta cookie data for up to 90 days.
Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to our inbox. Booking pages are powered by Cal.com. The site is hosted by Vercel. These providers may process data outside Nigeria under their own terms and safeguards.
You can change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time.
Who we share it with
We share data with service providers that help us run the site and the business: Formspree for forms, Cal.com for booking, Vercel for hosting, Google and Microsoft for analytics, Meta for advertising measurement, and our email provider. They process data on our instructions or under their own terms. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
International transfers
Some providers process data outside Nigeria. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards and the providers’ data protection terms. Contact us if you want more detail about a specific provider.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and correspondence are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted, unless we are in an active engagement or the law requires us to keep them longer. Analytics data follows the provider retention periods listed above. We review retention annually.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, limit access to people who need it, and review our providers. No website or transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through forms.
Your rights
Under the NDPA you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email kosy@ksddigital.site and we will respond within 7 days. We may need to verify your identity first.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission at ndpc.gov.ng.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If the change is material, we will make it clear on this page.
